  1. The easiest way to bend BC plates is probably by jumping on them and
    landing on the outside edges. Much more stress at the corner.

    For people who are bending/breaking their BC plates, you should probably
    move to something a little more structural than a simple "L" shape. Like
    an L with gussets underneath. Making something like that out of aluminum
    should allow for a much thinner design (less material) at equal or
    greater strength.

    Is it just me, or does this thread exhibit some of the worst spelling
    ever in one place?
