  1. Glycerin is available at any home brew shop or online site.

The important thing to remember when making liqueurs is that it needs to
"age." Think of a stew or chili...1st day it's ok, 2nd day better, and by
the 3rd day it's great. Same with liqueurs---they need to mellow. You can
drink the stuff immediately after making it but letting it rest for up to 2
months makes it very tasty as the flavors blend together.

Don't get hung up on recipes as something written in stone. There are as
many recipes for Kaluha as there are stars in the sky. With my last batch, I
also added 1 tablespoon of Sweet N' Low's Sugar Free Chocolate Flavored
Syrup. It added 3 carbs to an overall batch of 28 ounces but added depth to
the liqueur. Choose a recipe, let it age, and take it from there.

    02.96 carbohydrates per serving
    2 cups Splenda
    6 oz grain alcohol
    20 oz distilled water
    3/8 cup instant coffee granules
    1 tblsp pure vanilla extract
    1 tbsp glycerin

is glycerin something that is sold in the supermarket? I've never seen
it, but then i've never actually looked for it.

I think your recipe is the one I'm looking for. I'll make it prior to
the party and at least enjoy the experiment 🙂
