Do most stores sell Atkins Bake Mix and stuff he mentions in his book
    in his recipes?

The amount of "Atkins" food ingredients in the stores has been on the
    decline.... almost a steep decline.

No, MOST stores are not carrying much of this stuff, except for the
    candy bars (oops, nutritional bars).

I have stopped buying it, because frankly it doesn't raste really good,
mostly. But, then it is trying to make bread from stuff other than wheat
flour...... We have had thousands of years of practice in making breads
from wheat flours, and a few years or so with trying to replace wheat
flour. No wonder the stuff isn't great tasting.

Somehow, low carb candy bars seems like it might not be completely
helpful.... like the famous Snackwell low fat cookies and crackers of a
    decade ago.

If you enjoy this stuff and it does you good, then you are blessed.

I have never even tried any. I just wanted to know where to buy the
Bake Mix of his for baking. I was also wondering where I can buy the
thicken mix of his so as to not have to use corn starch.

Any of your larger grocery stores will carry it, especailly in a more
upscale neighborhood. Low Carb foods are more expensive.

However, consider swapping out an Atkins brand for just about any
other. Atkins brands were the first ones out and notoriously taste
bad. Check your organic food section too. CarbSense makes a baking
mix that is a flour substitute. I haven't made pancakes or cakes with
it yet, but it has been good for minor flour uses like when breading
and flouring food to be fried or baked.
