Why would you purchase from a seller in Germany..??

    Let's see....

-Because he had something I wanted?
-Because the item was rare and difficult to find?
    -Because the price was good?

Why wouldn't I buy from a seller in Germany? Why would you buy something from
someone in, say.... Pocatello? (Assuming you aren't in Pocatello.)

I had a few dealings with cyclo_network, and they were all smooth. I'm sorry
to hear of the problems. I hope the situation will improve.

I guess I should have said, purchasing from outside the country just
compounds the problem in trying to get the problem resolved either
    civilly or criminally.

One of my employees bid on an item offered by cyclo network on eBay. My
employee got a shipping rate quote before bidding. After the auction, cyclo
network demanded payment for shipping that was 3 or 4 times what was quoted.
My employee wisely walked away from the auction... cyclo network flamed him
    for weeks over non-payment.

They could be honest and just careless about verifying shipping rates, etc.
However, a quote is a quote and they should honor it.
