I believe conventional medicine will NEVER change.

When will medical schools start to teach and when will M.D.s start to
apply diet medicine / nutritional medicine as baseline medicine for
80% to 90% of health conditions?

And thus reserve pharm drug medicine for only the tougher and last
10% to 20% of health conditions?

First, it hasn't been established that anywhere near eighty or ninety
percent of medical problems are treatable with nutrition alone. Most old
people eventually get sick regardless of their diet. But, for argument's
sake, assume that you are correct. The sad fact is that people will
continue to prefer quick pharmaceutical fixes to diet and exercise. This
despite well publicized information, written by doctors, that preaches the
benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Until people smarten up and start
listening to what their doctors are telling them, you are correct,
conventional medicine won't change. The public wouldn't tolerate it.
