    Don't call it a cheat, call it an indulgence. Cheating would be giving in
    and pigging out on loads of something mindlessly and then you hate yourself
    for it or feel guilty about it. That kind of thing leads to people falling
    off the wagon. An indulgence is something you think about and decide or
    plan to do after considering and accepting the consequences, you choose your
    indulgence, enjoy it, then back on your plan with no guilt.
