But the press is reporting that the UCI has decided to do the test earlier. I assume that they must have Landis' agreement to do it on their own schedule.
That isn't what it looks like from the press reports.
The way it's been reported they are simply in a hurry and don't give a damn about the accused's right to request and schedule the test.
