I've been getting bouts of diarrhea lately. On and off. The only
thing I can think of that I've been eating more of is avocados.

I searched high and wide in google but see no references to that
(although the leaves and seeds are used to *treat* diarrhea).

Anyone else ever have this problem?

btw, long time no see guys! I see a few familiar faces. Very quick
    update:

I've decided that I need to get back to lower-carb again since I
gained at little too much weight and can't seem to lose it.

Which is very strange for me because I never had this problem before
the Type 1 diabetes (which was my original reason for going lo-carb)
    and more recently Hashimoto's disease (auto-immune hypothyroid--a
    second autoimmune disease!).

Oddly, I'm now, finally, at age 43, a **normal** woman! heh.

    Hi
    Do you drink milk?
I drank a lot of it for many years without problems.
Moving to a low carb way of life I moved to the Hood Lower carb milk and
had no problems. Moving to maintenance, I experimented and went to
regular lowfat milk that my family uses and, yep, I had results similar
to yours. Went back to hood and no problems. Moved to Lactaid two weeks
or so ago, and the problem has gone. Maybe I now have an intolerance I
did not have before and maybe it is due to reduced carbs or ?

....just my 'experience'--thought it might be helpful to share.

    Joe
