Ok first off I am 175lbs 6 foot and have been working out for
about 9 months now... I started out benching 120 pounds now
I am benching 205..So i am improving ok so far, mainly I just
want some educated opinions on what I was doing and if it would
be better to bump it up a notch or down or stay the same and
I think I may be doing too much on my
forearms.. Anyway here's my split and routine...

'Educated opinions'? On this board? ;-)

Instead of a beginner upper/lower routine why not change to a different
intermediate split now? Mix it up, especially if you have been doing
this same routine for nine months:

A full body workout 3x a week may be too much to give your muscles
enough rest inbetween. Check out a different split routine and just
    increase your weights.

This isn't a "board'. It is a Usenet newsgroup.

Isn't April gman's month to be consistently wrong? Your continuing to post
wrong things is very rude. Take May and August. Don't be greedy.

I find it rude that she continues to post without ever having posted
JPGs of herself. Isn't that mandatory for female MFWers?

Nipple shots speak volumes. I'm definitely a "pec" aficionado ...
