So we were at the local Costco and they had this Ameriware cooking
demo. Burnt milk on the sides, etc just wiped off with ease.

I've heard good things about the Scanpan line also. Basically, I've
been looking to get a GREAT nonstick pan for my fish fillets.

Love to hear your thoughts on a great/durable nonstick pan or the
    scoop on the ameriware cookware....

Ameriware is titanium (coated?). Not sure how that makes it
nonstick... I only know about titanium bikes and eye glass
    frames.

However, two different friends bought one or two pieces of
AmericaWare before xmas this year, which is when Costco
demos Ameriware <on a yearly basis> in my area. Both of
them are raving about their purchases, so I think I'll take
a close look when it rolls around next year.

BTW: My friends aren't talking about clean up, they are
talking about the evenness of cooking and how hard it is to
    burn anything.
