demo. Burnt milk on the sides, etc just wiped off with ease.I've heard good things about the Scanpan line also. Basically, I've
been looking to get a GREAT nonstick pan for my fish fillets.Love to hear your thoughts on a great/durable nonstick pan or the
scoop on the ameriware cookware....
Ameriware is titanium (coated?). Not sure how that makes it
nonstick... I only know about titanium bikes and eye glass
frames.
However, two different friends bought one or two pieces of
AmericaWare before xmas this year, which is when Costco
demos Ameriware <on a yearly basis> in my area. Both of
them are raving about their purchases, so I think I'll take
a close look when it rolls around next year.
BTW: My friends aren't talking about clean up, they are
talking about the evenness of cooking and how hard it is to
burn anything.
