    It depends on the rides you do and the style of tri bar. I used to have
    some Scott tri Bars, they clipped onto the handlebars at the point
    where I like to hold when climbing hills. Theres the problem, my hill
    climbing hand position was gone. other types of tri bar would be
    different and on flat rides I'd use the tri position more than my
    climbing one. For me I don't consider Tri Bars better, I only do
    recreational riding and commuting. Youof course may disagree. One
    doesn't see many riders with tri bars these days, at least not in
    Yorkshire, there will be a reason for it.
