    Thanks muchly for the compliments. I've just finished brazing up my
    second frame, and thus far it's miles better than the first. As for
    paint, I probably have made it sound a bit easier than it was. There
    was a reasonable amount of experimentation involved, and it still went
    on thicker than I would have liked. I bought some reducer for the
    paint when I refinished another bike (a crappy aluminium Colnago) and
    that was a lot more satisfying - good gloss was really easy to achieve.
    I'll see how things go with the touring frame.
