I've just read Matthew 7, but am pondering on verse 6 in this chapter, which reads: "Do not give what is Holy to the dogs; nor caste your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under your feet, and turn and tear you into pieces." What do you think Jesus meant by this? This verse is a special test for folks who have chosen to be openly Christian (i.e. disciples of Christ) and works as follows... (1) Walk with LORD Jesus Christ and HE will keep you from harm as you will have no need to judge anyone out of fear of being torn to pieces by the next person you meet because of your choice to be openly Christian. (2) Depart from your walk from HIM and you will believe that you must judge others out of fear that the next person you meet will be the swine that will tear you apart for being openly Christian. I've just read Matthew 7, but am pondering on verse 6 in this chapter,
which reads:
"Do not give what is Holy to the dogs; nor caste your pearls before
swine, lest they trample them under your feet, and turn and tear you
into pieces."
What do you think Jesus meant by this?
This verse is a special test for folks who have chosen to be openly
Christian (i.e. disciples of Christ) and works as follows...
(1) Walk with LORD Jesus Christ and HE will keep you from harm as you
