The poll is black and white. I would have preferred an option for "Not
much of a difference." The 20" probably averages out to more advantage.
It is lighter, which will make it more responsive. Responsiveness is
real important. Your center of gravity is lower. Also it's smaller, so
you can stow it more easily when it's not in use.
On a 24" you have a larger diameter wheel, which should mostly help on
rolling over bumps or pavement irregularities.
I've had a 24" BC wheel for almost 20 years, and it works fine for me.
However I have played on some 20" ones, and they were really nice as
well. More important to me than wheel size was bearing quality. The
tight, new bearings in the 20" I tried rolled much nicer than the old,
abused, ill-adjusted ones on my 24".
