  1. I was reading an interesting Bircher-Benner book
As you know Bircher-Benner helped many people to survive in a time in
which all people with digestive problems and serious illnesses were
advised against eating anything uncooked uncluding greens and fruits

Bircher-Benner invented the muesli but his muesli (that was a staple in
his cure) was made of raw grains as he said cooked grains didn't have
    the same healthy effects
The recipes is barley and oats sooked overnight than blended with milk
and eaten with diced fruits but without cooking the grains

With this food people improved their digestive problems instead of
getting indigestion and malasorbtion symptoms, so clearly no one would
end to hospital from such a practice but are there serious reasons to
avoid raw muesli of soaked grains and cook them thoroughly instead?

    Thanks
    Davide

I ate muesli once. It was heavy as lead and took forever to eat it.

Muesli is consistent with a raw food diet. It will wear your teeth out
(no joke) and overwhelm you with excess fiber in the 100+ grams a day
    range.

  3. I had all kinds of digestive problems since infancy. You need to avoid
any major source of unsaturated fatty acids and test yourself to see if
you have enough stomach acid. Supplementing with betaine HCl and
pepsin while avoiding the major sources of unsaturated fat has
    completely "cured" this "disorder."

    That is positively NOT normal.

Some says that parents who start their baby out on solid foods too
soon, can cause all sorts of problems like food allergies.

Natural health REQUIRES that your digestive system be in proper working
order, in order for its dietary and lifestyle interventions to work. A
less than normal digestion system will result in less than normal
    results.

    You have my condolences.

Did your parents raise you vegetarian as an infant?
