False alarm - they've moved offices, and set up a PO box redirection.
This seems to have failed in my case; I have been given the real
address. The phone is being answered, but is very busy; and their
broadband at their new address isn't up yet, hence the email problems.

Good. Can you post a brief review of the cap when you've used it a few
times? I've got it on my Christmas list.

Hopefully the regular size is a sensible size that will fit my 56cm head.

It should be fine. The x-large is great on my 60cm head - the regular
was too small, although larger than the vanilla "three for a tenner"
club hats. I've only worn it once - I'll post a full review on my site
once I've worn it in the rain and put it through the washing machine.

Rapha refunded my double postage costs and sent the item I wanted. I
think I just caught them at a bad time with an office move.
