    This was discussed on one or both of the Rans lists, but for anyone that might have missed it, this
    message now appears on the Rans bike home page:

    "If you have purchased a 2003 RANS Recumbent bike and that bike was shipped between March 1,
    2003 and August 1, 2003 and are not happy with the firmness of your seat foam, please notify
    your authorized RANS Recumbent Dealer for a possible replacement.  Please note shipping charges
    may apply. "
