I'm interested in hearing any comments about the RANS Gliss recumbent bike because I have an opportunity to buy one from a bike store.
The model seems to be discontinued, but it looked like it might have been RANS's top of the line LWV at one time.
I test rode one ever so briefly in a parking lot and liked it except that the bald, narrow tires couldn't handle loose gravel.
Thanks for your comments. -- ========================================================================= Bob Parnass, AJ9S GNU/Linux User http://parnass.com

I own a Gliss and like the bike. With the wide comp pool tires the bike handles great. I have used the bike on rough roads and gravel rural roads with no problem.The rear shock is a blessing .With under seat racks(mine were homade) the bike makes a great tourer
