Raligh 'C' Nuts

Never heard of that model, it wasn't sold here in Yankeeland, but my guess is that it stands for
"Carlton".

The Carlton facility in Worksop was where most of Raleigh's upper-end models were made back
in the day.

"you can't bring it back!" is actually not complete [censored]?

I have an old steel Carlton frame, and I loved it - hadn't a clue until now that they ever had
anything to do with Raleigh.

The frame isn't particularly light, nor is it particularly heavy, but the workmanship and build of
it looks pretty, in a robust sort of way......

I'm gonna have to strip and build it back up some day, just so it's there (what, with me being an
MTB rider rather than a uhhhh GRS and all.......heheheh....)

They are the "Carleton" version of the same part.
