I was offered a Raleigh Technium 400 bike for $65. Is this bike worth it, and is it a pretty godd starter bike? And will it fit a 9/16" SPD pedal? Also what size bike is usually good for a 5'11" or so person?

I have A Technium 400.It's white and 59CM. Great bike.
