I freeze most everything, just wasn't too sure how long the fish would keep in the freezer. These packages are soooooooooo huge - would be eating it for a long, long time. The salmon wasn't bad, ate half and froze the other half. But the tilapia looked like it had about 40 filets in it. Now that's a lot of fish. LOL
