Yesterday I was riding through central London, coming up Regent St
towards Piccadilly Circus. There was a lot of traffic and the lights
were slow to change. There was an expensive-looking car on my left, in
the centre of the road. As we waited, the driver - a stout gent - got
out in quite a leisurely fashion, opened the rear door and retrieved his
jacket, and then closed the door, crossed the road, and set off on foot,
leaving his car there in the middle of the road. Quite made my day.
