I'm thinking about getting a pair of medium Radical side panniers for my RANS Vivo, and wondered if
rigging a Blackburn Lowrider front pannier rack under the seat would work. It's hard to tell from
the Radical site how the panniers attach to the bike shown.
In my case, the seat's forward on the rail, so I'd probably have to add an extention onto the back
of the existing rail in order to anchor the rack properly.
Any ideas?
