It is a basic service to repair flats, or get you in a cab if the bike is unridable...RACV are looking at some extra capability but detail is lacking on what they aim to add or deliver....

When you need Bike Assist, simply call 1800 136 388.

Benefits

Single membership includes:

• up to 4 service calls per subscription year
  
• a taxi fare to the value of $50 per call if RACV can't get your bike back on the road.
  

Family membership
(two adults and two children under 21) includes:

• up to 4 service calls per subscription year
  
• one or two taxis as required to a total value of $100 per call to get your family home if RACV can't get your bikes back on the road.
