Rack query

I'm pretty sure I've seen something very much like this but cannot for
the life of me remember where. Said friend would obviously prefer to
buy such items rather than have them specially made at Ruinous Expense,
so doe The Panel etc. etc.

1 - marauding pikeys, etc.
2 - rightful owner

I have seen these at a couple of railway station although they look
like they're made out of some hardcore plastic. Great I thought,
except:

1: You have to provide your own lock (but D lock usually works ok)
2: You can't leave your bike in them overnight

Point 2 is a bit stupid because bikes seem to get nicked overnight when
the station closes [1]

[1] - That's when anyone's ever had a go at my bike and is what staff
at the station it happened said as well
