I don't know about down there...but up here a rack of pork, or crown pork
roast isn't that pricy...And boy can you get a 'pork chop' from one.

Today pork was on sale so I bought a center cut loin and some country
style spare ribs. Now I have to decide what to do with them (some
will go in the freezer).
I had a question about choosing one of many- some of the loins were
pale and the others had more darker red. Does this make a difference?
I picked one with more red and I guess I will find out but what say
the others?
