  1. Hi everyone, first time post here.
I am looking to buy some racing flats for olympic distance triathlons
and possibly up to half-ironman distance. I would like to run
sockless. Does anyone know of any good shoes that would let me do this
(ie seamless shoes or very small seams)? Thanks.

    Hi,

Look for a slip-lasted shoe with a good liner. I have a pair of Nike's
that also don't have a tongue, so they're pretty easy to put on.
