check www.ne-bra.org (CT and rest of New England, official sub division of USCF) and www.racelistings.com (good for NY plus more, some online registrations) and www.bikereg.com (online registration site).
What's your age and race preferences (RR, crit, TT, etc). there are some local in-week races too but I don't know them off hand.
