This isn't as simple as it seems, at least in Victoria, where our road
season is typically over winter, but not entirely, and crits are over
summer, but not entirely. MTB, also, is over the whole year.

Most road racing in Victoria runs from around April 'til October.

have a google for cyclesport victoria, and also look at the various
club websites (links from the CSV website, under 'clubs'😉 for
calenders.

The National Mtb Series runs from October to February/March. And in NSW the State series goes from April/May to October. Out side of this there are major events, particularly enduros & marathons, and club events throughout the year
