Race Face Hydropacks or Camelback

I had a similar dilemma and ended up buying a special hydro rucksack from Blacks. It has chest and
waist straps and a compartmented 15 L of storage for £25. Add a 2 L Platypus bladder (£15) and
you've got a hydro pack as good as a much more expensive Camelbak.

IIRC there's a product review of maybe a dozen hydropacks in the current Singletrack magazine.

I'll dig it out and confirm if that's the case.

personally I use a platypus and bitevalve tube courtesy of Blacks camping, stashed inside my normal
biking rucksack - a cheapie from Aldi!

Karrimor, Deuter, Salomon, Race Face, Scott, Tatonka, Trek.

Their recommendations are as follows:

Short journeys: CamelBak Rogue Long journeys: CamelBak Mule Epic Journeys: CamelBak HAWG, Hydrapak
Century and Deuter Superbike, with a slight preference to the Deuter for build quality
