You will be missed by all.
Up until a couple of years ago, when the cancer started to get bad, he would
come and officiate our practice crits on his own time.
He told me stories of torture at the hands of the Japanese during WWII that I
don't care to repeat here. But it did make me realize all that he had given
to his country, not just bike racing.
Rest in peace EJ.
