  1. I just started riding, and I'm looking into getting head lights. Are the 21 and 28 LED lights any good or should I look for something else.

I recently bought a "SMART 1 WATT WHITE LED" (it doesn't seem to be called anything else) it has one LED and is very bright indeed.
I also have a Cateye opticube which is also very bright but eats batteries.
Couldn't tell you about the ones you mention.

Got a link? Sounds interesting. I use a cateye 5 led to have just in case. I've also got a larger 2 1/2 hour light (cyclo..something) for night riding and then I use the cateye on my helmet for side to side viewing.
