  1. This is quick to put together for unexpected company.

    Quick Ice Cream Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust 2-3 cups orange
sherbet/vanilla ice cream 1-2 cups cool whip 1 small can
    mandarin oranges, drained

Combine orange/vanilla and cool whip until well blended.
Pour into pie crust. Place tablespoon cool whip in center of
pie. Place one mandarin orange slice on top of cool whip.
Place remaining slices on pie. Place in freezer until
serving time. The orange slices do freeze. They have a
refreshing cool feel when eating them.

Note: You may use any type of ice cream or sherbet you
prefer. Mix with cool whip. Put in Pie shell. Decorate
with garnish that corresponds to ice cream. Freeze.

This is soooooooo good. Dorothy GA Burke, Manders,
Lawhorn, Clifton, Garrett-past and present relative
    search. Any ideas?.
