I am planning to buy a new frame for my bike. As a result, I need to remove the headset from my existing frame and install it in the new frame. Is there a cheap/easy way to do this? The Park Tool instructions (http://parktool.com/repair_help/howfix_headthreadless.shtml) mention a number of expensive tools which I'd rather not buy if I can afford it.
I know I can take it into a LBS to have this done, but I'd much rather prefer to do it myself if possible.

I'm not familiar with an integrated headset, however, I've removed and installed many std. headsets. To remove the cups, I've used a screwdriver to gently tap the cups out. This has always worked, but you have to be careful not to damage them. The tool to do this is cheap and would be worth the investment. For installation, I've used both the hammer and press methods. I've built a press using a long threaded bolt. This works very well, but most of the time I just use a hammer and block of wood. Sounds crude, but it has always worked for me.

If you have to ask and don't even know what an integrated HS is you should take it to a bike shop.The old HS may not even fit the new frame/fork.Any removal/installation tools can be improvised.
