Wouldn't that be more use to you?
Just looking at the pretty pictures on the web site, it does look like
they've had a bit of a go at making the frames more 'aero' (seatpost /
clamp, top tube and steerer look heavily modified over the '06). As far as
I know only the OCLV frames have ever actually been near a wind tunnel. I
can't see it being worth it for the 'lower end'. It looks like they've tried
to reproduce the shape of the composite frame in alloy as best they can.
The frame looks the same on the 7, if you want to save $550. It doesn't
look as though that frame is available on its own.
I just wish I was fast enough to justify something like that.
