38 male, I have noticed that my memory has been giving some problem recently. (My dad has AD and this worries me). Also my eyesight has drastically took a turn for the worse. Any connections? Is it stress? or worse? I will be making a doctor's appointment tomorrow but I am really bothered by thinking what could be wrong.
Definitely consult your optometrist/ophthalmologist for an opinion on your eyesight. This is probably caused by refractive error, most likely hyperopia (farsightedness), which tends to be symptomatic as one approaches 40. Memory problems can be caused by statin drugs, if you're taking them you may wish to ask your family doctor about that. There are studies on eye disease and Alzheimer's nutritional research posted at i-i-Open ↗ care.net/ which may be helpful to you, as well.

Age and symptons indicate that your blood pressure could be too high / onset diabites... just one (of many) possible considerations....
