  1. In 1954 a young researcher from Russia named David Kritchevsky published
a paper describing the effects of feeding cholesterol to rabbits.

  3. I didn't read the whole article yet, just kind of scanned through it. They
say cholesterol was mixed with vegetarian rabbit chow. I don't know for
sure, but is it made of rice and corn? If so, that would be a combination of
high carb and high fat. Kind of like eating french fries to check for artery
clogging. The same kind of tests that scientists used on humans to show that
fat was bad for you. As far as I know, the more recent tests are high
protein and high fat. I think that the high carb/high fat is the worst
combination for artery clogging(high blood cholesterol) They should have
also used an animal that is more of an omnivore. Perhaps a zoo bear?
