  1. Hello.
I have a question about my freestyle stroke- maybe someone could offer
    some advice.

I have been told from a few people that when I swim freestyle when I
breath on my left side ( I dont bilateral breath) my arm comes out too
high as opposed to the right side. People have suggested that I should
not turn my head to high, that my mouth should be very very near the
water..My mouth should also be near myleft shoulder. Again, to
summarize- when I breath on my left side my arm is going to high..

Any suggestions on how to fix it? I was thinking that maybe as my left
arm is pulling, I am not going with the glide long enough and am going
    for air to soon??
    Thanks
    KOS

My experience in seeing swimmers do this is that they are rolling over too
far to the right side. If you can see the ceiling, you've gone too far....🙂
