I am looking to buy a pair of Tyr Mentor Hand Paddles.
I am an intermediate swimmer- size wise- someone told me that the
yellow, small size, would be fine for an intermediate swimmer. I asked
them that would fit different hand sizes, they said yes. They
indicated the diff with the colors is mainly the level of resistance.
Is this true? or are yellow for small handed people??
THANK YOU!

THANK YOU!The sizes are for different levels of resistance, not different hand
sizes. The small size is the right one for pretty much everybody. The
big size should only be used sparingly, due to the potential for
shoulder injury.
