Click on "MY PROFILE" at the top of the page. When that opens, scroll down to "Your Forum Signature", then click on "Edit Signature Text", which is a few lines below.
Then 'SUBMIT'

I am not seeing "Your Forum Signature" anywhere on the "My Profile" page...?
