  1. i have just gotten over the most of my cold.. i still have a sore throat, and feel a litle weak.. but i am back at work again for my first day in 5 days. I have a ride coming up on saturday, and i want to make sure i am ready for it.. is it too soon to get back on my bike? will i likely get sick again?

whats the thought on situations like this?

like i said before my throat is sore.. i have no fever anymore... and have 90% of my energy back...

    thanks!

  2. If you ride easy it may help you recover quicker. if you go to hard your illness could last longer or get worse. ride and keep your hrt below 120, light on the pedals and no hills that should not set you back.
