I have plantar fasciitis and it hurts pretty bad. Ive been scouting
around for better orthotics/inserts for my walkingshoesand I came
acrossMBTshoesat the shoe store. I tried them on and immediately
felt relief. I dont know how much a minute or two of walking around in
a store compares to using them for a prolonged period.
has anyone any experience with these either pro or con?

For the past 2 years I have worn them and with continuous wearing
daily during our last 2 month vacation (when home I generaly go
without shoes inside) my bad achilles tendon pain has totally
disappeared and during that same time my wifes continual requirement
of medication for back pain also disappeared.
I own a pair of sandals, 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of Winter boots
that are all MBT, and won't wear anything else and have advised many
folks to try the MBT and have been successful on our recent trip in
the town of Colville, WA when dropping into their MBT store of
convincing a couple to buy at least one pair and likely more of the
shoe.
I have no affiliation with the company and have tried lots of other
shoes for foot comfort and my wife has orthodics fitted to some shoes
and both of us now only wear MBT's.
