I have spent 3 hours searching the internet (google, ask jeeves, excite, msn) for information about permenant hair removal and disabling hair follicles. All I have found are product advertisements or sites that require you to pay before you can even search their articles to see if they may have anything useful. I am hoping that either someone here could answer my following question or someone may be able to give me a new key word(s) to search with.
Sometimes when I pull out a hair, attached to the base of the hair is a clear sheath with a small dark bulb at the very end. My multi-part question is one, what is the extra stuff that gets pulled out and how does it affect how the hair will grow?
