I am looking for a new road bike. Something that I can ride road ,and that will do Crits as well. I can only afford one bike, so I am looking for something that will do everything. I have located a Mitis 1 Orbea, and it rides very well, but I wonder if the Geometry is too slacker and what implications it will have on being a good all around. What effect will a headtube angle at 71.2 and a seat tube able of 73.2 seat tube angle have? It corners very well, but it doesn't seem to be that responsive. Is that bad for racing? Do guys ride crits with slacker Geometry? I am new to racing, so i don't want to buy a bike that I won't be happy with a year from now.
