Years ago, I had a recipe for a specialty sandwich, and I'm woe to
find the old recipe. I'm wondering if you guys could help me out a
bit.
Here's what I remember about it. . .
It had about 6 eggs beaten, these were put in a greased 9" cake pan,
along with some olive slices, green onion, diced red bell pepper, and
grated cheddar cheese.
You baked this mixture in the oven until done (can't remember the
exact amount of time).
Then you took a nice sized sour dough bread round, and cut it in half
to make two slabs. Removed a bit of the bread from the inside to
create a slight bed for the cooked egg mixture.
Does any of this sound familiar to any of you, and is there a more
complete recipe for this?
