I want to buy a bike frame to build a decent road bike but I don't
have a $1000 to spend on a frame as the bicycle stores are quoting me.
Is there a shop on line the someone would know of that sells new or
used 3 or 4 pound frames for an affordable price?

Well, if he passed away "he" no longer sells anything. His company,
now operated by somebody else (and owned by somebody else, for that
