You Live in North Dakota. (flat)
You have a good bike. (trek 5500)
You are going to college. (University of North Dakota)
You just started this year.
You just had a knee surgery. (plica syndrom)
You are 6'1" (185.42cm)
You Weight 150Lbs
It is the end of November
Your top hours was 7 this summer.
Right now you are doing rehab lifting from your Surgery.
Total hours working out is about 2 hours a week atm.
There is a Cycling club that goes to college races @ your university
Anything else that would help? information wise
you could include a basic plan, a suggestion for event.
Suggestion for this first year after the Knee surgery, should I not race very often?... how should i go about building my hours to a decent level. ect.
edit: is 2.54 the what you multiply inches by to get centimeters? 🙂
edit: would it be a good idea to slowly increase the angle that my bike is @ when on my trainer to make it feel like I am climbing.. Eventually becomming a great mountain goat despite my height? Or at least do a few workouts a week that have the bike in a climbing position?
