  1. How much do you worry about Quarq temperature "drift" during those parts of the season where it is considerably warmer or colder outside that it is inside. Temperature changes of 30+ degrees seem to be pretty normal in the heat of summer and cold of winter.

    Anyone have any data as to how this affects their offset? (1 offset is 1/32 N/m, can calculate exact wattage difference using [(delta offset/32)*2pi*average cadence]/60s= delta power) I'm curious as to whether this error falls outside of the expected error of the unit (2%).

  2. I don't have a Quarq and use an SRM so take this FWIW. I wouldn't think that Quark would be any more, or less, susceptible to 0-offset drift than SRM. Just be sure to set your 0-offset for each ride (regardless of whether it's indoors or outdoors). I even check the 0-offset throughout the rid as I've found that there's a period of warm-up for the PM.
