Nanaimo cyclocrosser Wendy Simms has taken a strange route to the top. This week, Simms, the two-time Canadian womenâ s cyclocross champion, will head to Europe to prepare for the 2005 World Cyclocross Championship in St. Wendel, Germany, Jan. 29 to 30.
