I have tried to find some information online about purin in foods, but it's difficult to locate
anything worthwhile. Is there reason to be concerned about eating a lot of purin-rich foods, like
fat fish? I know they should be avoided by people with gout etc., but what if you don't suffer from
anything in particular? Thanks for any help.
